How do I return an item?

Please send us an email if you plan to return a carrier so we can provide you with a RMA # that will speed up the process.  The carrier can be returned at the customer’s own expense. The customer is also responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse There is a 20% restocking fee. It covers shipping to the customer and repacking costs. There may be additional charges for damages to the product.
